Paul focuses on the strategic direction and business management of major cultural institutions. In addition to his directorial work, he holds various supervisory and board roles – including at the heritage association Hendrick de Keyser – and brings the worlds of the museum and the book together like no other.

Mourad el Moussati, as the founder of Sollicitatiemarkt.nl and Divers Werken, has developed into an expert and pioneer in the field of equal opportunities in the labor market since 2016. He has helped over sixty organizations, including several museums. He does this not only because treating people equally is a moral and legal obligation, but also because he believes in the power of human difference.
